02. Subscription & Payments
All payments made through MoonChill are for management services and access to partner deals. Once a subscription is activated, it is non-refundable. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
03. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MoonChill cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
04. Service Limitations
MoonChill is an aggregator and management platform. We do not host the streaming content. Your use of third-party streaming services is also governed by their respective terms of service.
05. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms.
